Our Beer Gin is a very special craft product and was created in cooperation with Sammerhof.
The starting point for the gin, the alcohol, is a spirit destilled from our creative beer state master "Lemon Thyme", a gose with lemon, thyme, coriander and salt.
This beer distillate was distilled by adding even more botanicals and, of course, juniper, a special gin aroma that is second to none.
The aroma is very intense, juniper and herbal aromas dominate.
A gin that definitely meets our high quality standards.
